by F M Alexander
This is book of writings published posthumously in 1995 and contains a compilation of fascinating material by Alexander not included in his four books.
It contains:
* all known early articles on the Technique, from 1895 to 1910 including much on breathing, vocal use, and cancer
* all of Alexander's known lectures including the infamous Bedford Physical Training College Lesson where one can get the sense of Alexander in action, as well as a revealing and fascinating autobiographical sketch by Alexander..
Whilst dated in it's language, it is still a must read for those interested in the origins and first writings of Alexander in what was to become a world renowned technique in health and education.
