by F M Alexander
This is the fourth and final book, published by F M Alexander, the originator of the Alexander Technique when he was 76 years old. Published first in 1941, with subsequent editions published in 1943 and 1946, this edition contains all prefaces and significant detailed historical and contextual notes by Jean Fischer.
Dedicated to those whol lost their lives fighting for the allied forces in WW1 and WW2, Alexander provides ample testimonials, insights and significant food for thought which is still extremely relevant today.
Dated in it's language, it is a must read for those interested in the place and potential of the Technique for individuals and society.
